The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%

This antioxidant-rich oil is obtained from the kernels of the fruits of Marula tree. It's mostly composed of oleic acid and linoleic acid but also contains procyanidin, catechins and flavanoids. Marula oil offers antioxidants, hydrates the skin and is claimed to help restore a radiant tone.

I was really excited to start a skincare regime which I could actually stick to! The Ordinary products were being raved about everywhere and I could not wait to get my hands on them!

I have been using this product everyday for the last 3 months after application of my moisturiser (let it sink in for 15 mins before applying the oil). A little does go a long way! At first, when I started to use this product, I used to apply the drops directly to my face (my forehead, both sides of my cheek and my chin) and then massage it into my skin. I soon discovered that the previous products that I had applied to my face started pilling. I then tried another way of applying the oil (take a few drops into my hand rub it together and then sweep the product across my face) and found that this worked a lot better and I could get even coverage onto my face and no pilling.

This product makes your skin dewy and glowing and I have had so many compliments about how good my skin looks after using this product. I would highly recommend this product for everyone especially if you have drier skin. If you will be applying foundation/concealer onto your skin after the application of this product I would recommend for it to sit on your skin for at least 15 mins to avoid flaking of any products OR use your normal primer instead of this.
